Simon, fully fitted and ready for use. The original measurement which was called out in the California Time video of 74cm from the edge of the trim is perfect for 'both rails', providing enough space to shut the door without hampering the canvas holders for the chairs and still provides enough space for the bench to move back and lock into place. So Im very happy with the result and it is securely fitted and closes with the lock with no issue. I have included some photos below for your reference.
